Samantha Flint

Before joining On Purpose, Samantha worked in the business development and strategy team at The Walt Disney Company and also as a strategy consultant at a management consultancy. Working alongside senior leadership teams to develop business cases, financial plans, and new product initiatives, while also driving growth through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, she volunteered in Tanzania, launching a social enterprise aimed at improving access to essential health products in an informal settlement. She has a Master's degree in Chemistry, and completed a research project focused on improving catalysts for Carbon Capture and Storage, deepening her passion for sustainability and environmental solutions. She is now excited to be joining On Purpose, where she can combine her strategic background with her dedication to environmental sustainability and social impact, and work towards driving meaningful change for a more sustainable and equitable future.
